This program is designed for those competitors seeking an even higher level of excellence! It aims to propel you to the highest level of competition, promoting maximal development and skill refinement.

Youth Jiu Jitsu PROGRAM: Legends of tomorrow 

When a match cannot end by a pinfall or points, you need to have more tools in your repertoire to successfully defeat your opponent with minimal risk to yourself. This is where our Grappling Legends Programs builds on the wrestling foundations and incorporates a variety of competencies and skillsets into your craft such as joint locks, submission holds, cranks, and chokes. While grappling contests elevate the risk of injury, these hazards are properly mitigated by teaching these techniques in a controlled and safe environment, where students are taught to tap early, and tap often. These programs are also broken down into two age groups:

YOUTH GRAPPLING: Dive into the world of grappling with our Youth program, meant for those aged 7 to 12. The skills taught in this program emphasize technique and agility.

TEEN & ADULT GRAPPLING: Experience the thrill of grappling in a dynamic and challenging environment designed for teens and adults aged 13 and above.
