Lions

  • Minimal Live Sparring: Ensures a controlled and safe environment for skill development.

LEGENDS

Unleash your potential, build resilience, and embrace the art of wrestling with our Legends Program. Tailored for ages 13 and above, this program provides a unique blend of discipline, skill development, and competitive training to elevate your wrestling & grappling journey.

Program Highlights:

  • Age Group: Designed for individuals aged 13 and above.

  • Fundamentals / Foundations: Master essential wrestling concepts, movement prep, and conditioning.

  • Play Wrestle: Engage in cooperative and resistance-based flow to enhance technique and strategy.

  • Performance Drilling: Hone skills through purposeful and dynamic drilling exercises.

  • Positional Sparring & Live Sparring: Progressively build confidence and conditioning in controlled sparring environments.

legends: Foundations or Unlimited Membership?

We offer multiple membership options to suit your goals and training needs:

  • Foundations Membership (Tues/Thurs/Fri): This option includes wrestling and grappling sessions on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings—ideal for those looking to train consistently while balancing other commitments.

  • Any Day (Unlimited) Membership: This all-access membership gives you full access to all wrestling and grappling sessions, morning practices, and gym facilities. Morning sessions are 60 minutes, while evening sessions run approximately 120 minutes. These sessions are typically invitation-only and designed for competitive athletes.

If you're aiming for a higher level of excellence, the Any Day (Unlimited) Membership is the best choice. If you're an amateur or enthusiast looking for structured training, the Foundations Membership is a great fit.

Strength & Conditioning Programming

Take your training to the next level with our Individual Strength & Conditioning Program, designed to enhance athletic performance, build resilience, and optimize recovery. Whether you're a competitive athlete or someone looking to improve overall fitness, our structured approach will help you reach your peak potential.

1. Strength & Conditioning Membership

  • Duration: 90-minute sessions

  • Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (by appointment only)

  • Cost: $125/month

  • Includes:

    • Access to all planned camps and pop-up programs

    • Customized training sessions tailored to your goals

2. Planned Camps & Pop-Up Programs

  • Duration: 6–8 weeks

  • Schedule: Typically 2 sessions per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (based on availability)

  • Cost: $180–$250 per person

  • Note: Members with a Strength & Conditioning Membership get free access to these camps.

3. Weekend Programs

  • Format: Similar to our daily programs but held on Saturdays and/or Sundays

  • Duration: 6–8 weeks (pop-up and request-based)

  • Focus: Functional fitness and dynamic rotational movement, suitable for all ages and skill levels

  • Ideal For: Dryland training for hockey, off-season football, and other athletes looking to improve strength, endurance, and performance.

  • Group Size: Ideal is 15 - 30 athletes. (Ideal is 1 or 2 teams, smaller groups are also welcomed.)

  • Custom Scheduling: Sessions are booked based on your team’s availability to ensure consistency.

  • Focus Areas:

    • Strength and conditioning circuits designed for your team’s specific goals

    • Dynamic training targeting various movement patterns

    • Aerobic and anaerobic capacity development

    • Team-building through shared fitness challenges and team games

2. Private Wrestling, Grappling & Strength Coaching

  • Available for:

    • One-on-One Sessions – Personalized coaching tailored to your goals
